Returns & refund


Truly Sofas by Procuremate ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 14 working days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 5 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through our courier partners and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Truly Sofas is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Truly Sofas continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Truly Sofas reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.


• You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated – by sending an email to [email protected]. Mention the reason for the email and order number in the Subject Line of the email. Example: “Cancellation request for Order #0000”
• If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two hours of placing the order.
• If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is Shipped.
• Order once Shipped CANNOT be cancelled.
• In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been shipped – you will be issued a 100% refund within 7 days of the cancellation of the order.
• In case, you wish to cancel the order post shipment and before the order is delivered, you will be issued a refund of 75% of the order value, within 7 days of the cancellation of the order.
• If due to unavoidable circumstances, your order is not processed, cannot be procured, or is not shipped to you within 21 days, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by either side.


• We offer a 3-Day Replacement Policy for all products wherein a request needs to be raised within 3 days after delivery. Replacement request is accepted only for the following reasons:
1. Damaged Product
2. Manufacturing Defect
3. Incomplete Product
4. Incorrect Product
• Returns are accepted only if replacement is not feasible or in case if the replaced product is also damaged or defected.
• You can raise a replacement or return request by sending an email to [email protected] – clearly stating your Order Number. Also mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email.Example: “Replacement request for order #0000”
• Please add your bank/UPI details in case of ‘Cash on delivery’ orders.
• Any request return raised for conditions apart from:
1. Damaged Product
2. Manufacturing Defect
3. Incomplete Product
4. Incorrect Product
• The customer would be refunded 80% of the order value. 20% deduction includes handling, packaging and return charges.
• The Shipping charge levied on delivery will not be refunded against any order.
• Refund will be processed only if:
1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you.
3. the product is returned in original condition (with Truly Sofas’s box and all the accessories therein).


• Customer must return the delivered product – for receiving the Refund. The Refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the product back – in good condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.
• The refund amount will be credited back to the source of payment in case of online payments. In the case of COD orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the bank/UPI details provided by the customer.
